The JC coat is a unique surface treatment film that imparts water and oil repellency based on DLC coating. *DLC stands for Diamond-Like Carbon. It can suppress the adhesion of viscous products, including adhesives, particularly in the food industry, and improve cleanability. Unlike coatings such as fluoropolymer, it forms a highly adhesive and hard film, significantly reducing the frequency of re-coating due to its long lifespan. Common characteristics include hardness, lubricity, wear resistance, chemical stability, surface smoothness, and release properties. Its application range has greatly expanded as a low-friction and wear-resistant coating for machinery materials, tools, and electronic devices, as well as a gas barrier coating for PET bottles. ■ Usable size 1000×1000×1000mm ■ Base materials Metals, ceramics, etc. (copper-based materials cannot be treated) *Please consult for other base materials. ■ Notes (defects due to processing, etc.) - Treatment of the inner surfaces of pipes or deep box-shaped structures is difficult. - The heat resistance temperature is below 100℃. ■ Delivery time Approximately 2 weeks.
