■Ultra-fine fibers The fiber diameter of human hair is about 60μm, while the fiber diameter of typical synthetic fibers ranges from 1.5 to 5μm. In contrast, the most common fiber diameter of NanoWHELP is about 300nm, making it an ultra-fine fiber that is only about 1/200 the thickness of human hair. ■Three-dimensional structure Conventional nanofibers have a flat two-dimensional structure, but NanoWHELP forms a complex three-dimensional structure characterized by a high void ratio in the fibers. Countless voids that are even finer than the fiber diameter effectively capture particles. NanoWHELP BT 1. It is an ultra-thin mini pleat (beat resin molding). 2. It is easy to install and remove, saving space. 3. Due to the absence of separators, sizes and shapes can be freely designed. 4. With electret non-woven fabric and density gradient non-woven fabric, it offers low pressure loss, high collection efficiency, and long lifespan. 5. It has excellent wind pressure resistance. 6. There is no re-entrainment of collected dust. NanoWHELP MP 1. It adopts a multi-purpose pleat that develops conventional mini pleat technology, achieving ideal performance. 2. The inflow side of the filter material has a wider beat resin coating pitch, allowing for smooth air inflow. 3. The outflow side of the filter material has a narrower beat resin coating pitch than the inflow side, preventing deformation of the filter material. NanoWHELP WP 1. The filter material block processed into a mini pleat shape is further tapered, maximizing the filter material folding area. 2. A specially shaped reinforcement material is used at the inflow side of the filter material, ensuring stability of the filter material shape during use.
