【Development Background】 Special films and metal foils (such as copper and aluminum foils) are generally not allowed to be bottomed out to protect the contents, and are packaged and transported in a suspended state with the axis supported on both sides. Therefore, they are often packaged in sturdy wooden boxes, steel cases, or boxes made from a combination of different materials. Using reinforced cardboard "Naviace" and reinforced cardboard pallets "Navipallet," we aimed to design packaging materials that were previously thought to be impossible to convert entirely to cardboard by leveraging our design capabilities. The development period was three years.
