The UCK-MF200 ultra-hard circular saw cutting machine efficiently cuts large quantities of aluminum profiles with its powerful motor and large-diameter saw blade. ■Features - Continuous cutting is possible with simple program input. - Fixed-length vice that accommodates material lengths up to 9999mm. - Standard equipped with a servo-controlled ball screw feeding vice (stroke 500mm). - Can store 100 patterns of process program input for different dimensions. - Improved saw blade life achieved through a reliable "lower saw slide cutting" method. - The material feeding vice protects the workpiece surface with a profile lifting system. - A wide cutting range allows for cutting various shapes. - Efficient semi-dry lubrication extends the life of the saw blade. ■Other Functions - Automatically stops when cutting is complete.
