We will conduct follow-up calls to corporate representatives attending your online seminars, webinars, and real events, as well as to highly motivated prospective customers after downloading the white paper, guiding them to the next steps. This will lead to an increase in the conversion rate for individual business negotiations. We will make up to five calls per company (representative) and gather information including the representative's transfer details, current status, and future plans, along with BANT information. The survey items will be agreed upon and decided by both parties at the start of the project. We anticipate an information update rate of about 50%.
