Mobile spaces with excellent design and functionality can be customized to suit various purposes. They can accommodate small-scale (2 tsubo) spaces as well as large three-story structures.

Mobile Space is a unit house that can be completed in as little as one day. Since about 80% of the construction process is produced in our own factory, it significantly shortens the construction period compared to traditional methods where all work is done on-site. It is possible to construct large spaces up to three stories by connecting units, starting from a small size (2 tsubo). Mobile Space can be used in various ways, such as using the first floor as a warehouse or garage and the second floor as an office or living space, effectively utilizing limited land area. It is also possible to create stylish private spaces within the garage using glass partitions. Additionally, insulation materials are inserted in all surfaces of the roof, walls, and floor, ensuring a comfortable space throughout the year. Furthermore, the insulation materials used are made of fire-resistant materials, providing peace of mind in the event of a fire. Unit houses can be relocated or expanded even after construction.
