In addition to buildings, the outdoor power box is convenient for the transmission part of strain sensors that monitor subsidence and uplift of existing tunnels, as well as surface subsidence. It can also replace solar panels, ensuring stable output even in shaded areas, mountainous regions with limited sunlight, and low temperatures with snowfall. Installation is easy and is not significantly restricted by sunlight duration or installation location.
