We would like to introduce a case where the "coolant purification system" was implemented in a quenching device. Before implementation, purification was done only with a magnetic separator, which caused the cooling water nozzles to clog, leading to unstable quality. After implementation, not only did the nozzle clogging disappear, but the total costs for tank cleaning, liquid expenses, and waste liquid processing decreased from 294,000 yen/year to 51,000 yen/year.
