In the consultation salon, since the discussions are about funerals, the staff makes an effort to avoid a heavy and stiff atmosphere. We use a diffuser within the salon where free pre-consultations are held, and the gentle and positive scent of "floral orange" seems to help ease the customers' tension. "We feel as though the scent complements the parts that cannot be fully conveyed through words or attitudes, and as a result, it subtly enhances the overall sense of security in the facility," we have received feedback.
