It is a grout suitable for ground stabilization and water seepage prevention that requires permanent strength.
The "Sankoh Hard AQ Series" is effective for ground stabilization and prevention of groundwater by using non-aqueous glass-based cement milk grout that requires permanent strength. Ground Strengthening: By utilizing the significant strength of the consolidated body achieved through vein injection, it enhances the overall strength of the vein-like consolidated body, preventing ground deformation (selection of injection agents that require strength in the consolidated body). Void Filling: It fills voids created by groundwater or ground deformation, preventing ground subsidence (selection of injection agents with permanence). Water Stopping: It fills cracks and voids between soil particles in the ground that serve as water pathways, forming a water barrier that reduces the permeability of the ground, achieving water stopping and reduction, and preventing sediment flow and waterlogging caused by groundwater. The homogel permeability coefficient is approximately 10^-6 (cm/s), thus forming a nearly impermeable water barrier (selection of injection agents that cure quickly). [Features] ■ Compared to general cement milk, there is almost no bleeding. ■ Initial strength development after gelation is good. ■ Hardening agents and accelerators do not react with water to harden, making them easy to handle. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

basic information
Construction Method: Using a double-pipe rod, we will drill to the improved depth with a boring machine. After drilling is completed, we will switch from water to the injection material using a two-component equal-volume pump for injection. This will form a vein-like improved body within the ground, compacting the surrounding soil, increasing liquefaction resistance, and strengthening the ground. Regarding the application of the provisional guidelines: The Sanko Hard AQ series is a cement milk setting and hardening accelerator based on cement, and since it does not use water glass, it does not fall under the category of chemical injection agents and is not subject to the application of the "provisional guidelines." However, if there are nearby wells or facilities utilizing groundwater, such as fields and farms, it is considered necessary to conduct water quality testing.

Sankoh Colloid Chemical Co., Ltd. was established on October 1, 1968, as Sankoh Colloid Limited Partnership. It built a factory at its current location and manufactures and sells textile-related products such as dyeing auxiliaries, textile oils, and textile finishing agents. In 1970, it expanded into civil engineering chemicals, including concrete admixtures and foaming agents for air mortars, and now its main product is liquid injection agents (grouts) among civil engineering chemicals. These products are used in the construction of social infrastructure such as water supply and drainage systems, subways, and roads. The sales targets are throughout Japan and the Southeast Asian region. (ISO 9001 certification obtained in 1998)
