The "Display Tag NFC Type NANA270" is an RF tag in the HF band (13.56MHz) equipped with an electronic paper display function. With an NFC-compatible reader/writer, the displayed content such as text and barcodes can be easily changed. This enables a paperless environment, eliminating the need for handwritten notes. By attaching it to shelves or product trays, it facilitates easier picking of products and contributes to more efficient inventory management. 【Case Studies】 ■ Semiconductor Component Manufacturing Line The product is attached to trays on the semiconductor factory line, and the display is updated based on production planning data at the time of line input. As a result, paper usage was reduced (for 4 lines), and the labor required for display issuance at line input was decreased (for 4 lines). ■ Digitization of Process Management The product is attached to boxes containing silicon wafers to display and manage the process, ensuring that they can be input in the correct order. As a result, displays in areas where paper cannot be used and prevention of incorrect input were achieved. ■ Management of High-Value Consumables Inventory The product is installed in the pockets of drawers containing consumables to manage the inventory of high-value consumables. By scanning an employee ID card when checking in and out, it tracks who used which consumable and when, displaying the inventory count.
