No sawdust generation, very hygienic! No splinters or sharp edges, ensuring the safety of on-site workers.
The user had been storing and transporting imported clothing on wooden pallets, but there were concerns about the occurrence of splinters and the risk of collapse due to quality deterioration. Therefore, we introduced our "Rental Pallet H4-12 (CO)" for product storage and transportation. By switching from wooden pallets to plastic pallets, we eliminated the generation of debris such as splinters on-site. Additionally, unlike wood, plastic does not deteriorate due to corrosion, so there is no risk of product collapse due to pallet quality deterioration. We have installed strip-shaped grommets (anti-slip) on the loading surface, ensuring effective anti-slip measures. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issues - Deterioration of the site’s appearance due to splinters and debris - Possibility of foreign matter contaminating products - Risk of collapse due to quality deterioration ■ Improvements - No debris generated, resulting in a more hygienic environment - Elimination of the risk of product collapse due to quality deterioration *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
