The customer expressed a desire to switch all wooden pallets used in-house to plastic pallets. However, there were a significant number of wooden pallets in use, and they were being utilized nationwide. Therefore, we conducted hearings on the customer's delivery destinations, quantities, and operations, and together with the manufacturer Sanko, we established a production plan to achieve the desired transition of pallets within the customer's specified range. We also made new investments in molds, enabling production within the desired parameters. Internally, we developed new depot locations nationwide and established a system that ensures stable supply even after operations commence. This has allowed for a smooth transition and stable supply of pallets.
