I have outlined the usage criteria for the Anshin Adjuster regarding the definition of seismic intensity 7. Please use it as a reference when implementing!
The "Anshin Adjuster" is an earthquake prevention product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. It allows for installation without making holes in the floor, making it easy to attach to machine legs. It is perfect for places where layouts are frequently changed. ● Supports seismic intensity 7 (equivalent to 1000 gal)! This time, we will describe the relationship between this seismic intensity and gal. 【Official Instagram】: Currently showcasing installation examples★☆ https://www.instagram.com/ansin_official/ 【Official Website】: For inquiries, please contact us below! http://www.ans1828.com 【Introduction Video】 https://youtu.be/1oE7CAwOvZQ

basic information
The seismic intensity, which indicates the magnitude of an earthquake, has 10 levels ranging from 0 to 7. (Since there are variations between intensity 5 and intensity 6, it results in 10 levels.) Intensity 7 is the highest number that can be represented, so "any shaking above a certain magnitude is classified as intensity 7." However, even though it is classified as intensity 7, there is a range. Therefore, in addition to intensity, we also look at a unit called 'gal' to indicate the magnitude of an earthquake. Gal refers to the acceleration of the earthquake, and the larger the number, the more intense the shaking. This unit is not commonly heard of. If you look at the seismic intensity classification quick reference chart in the image, you will see that once it exceeds approximately 600 gal, it is classified as intensity 7. The Anshin Adjuster is designed to withstand shaking equivalent to 1000 gal. Therefore, as a product, it is aimed at shaking in the range of 600-1000 gal within intensity 7. However, even if shaking exceeds that level, it can help reduce damage, so we strongly recommend taking measures. This time, we are including photos of products that can handle intensity 7. *Please note that this product does not guarantee the prevention of damage caused by equipment during an earthquake.

Company information
The Anshin Adjuster is an earthquake countermeasure product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. It is ideal for places where you don't want to drill holes and frequently change layouts. It can withstand earthquakes equivalent to a seismic intensity of 7 (with a seismic period of 1 second and an earthquake acceleration of 1000 gal), addressing both horizontal and vertical shaking. On February 2, 2016, it obtained an international patent (in the United States). In addition to clean rooms where dust is not allowed and food and pharmaceutical factories, it can also be used for earthquake countermeasures in buildings with insufficient floor thickness for driving anchor bolts, such as those on the second floor and above. Moreover, while typical gels have low load-bearing capacity and require larger sizes to increase that capacity, the gel in the Anshin Adjuster is an industrial specialty product, making it compact while offering approximately ten times the load-bearing capacity compared to standard options. The Anshin Adjuster is also unaffected by conditions where water or oil may be present, such as factories, kitchens, and outdoor areas, as the gel is sealed with a dedicated adhesive called "Anshin Aiba."
