Our logistics service began in 1983 with the contract for the mail order logistics of Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Store. Since then, we have taken on logistics operations for many companies, providing multifaceted support from both logistics and management perspectives, and offering 3PL services that promote efficiency and cost reduction. Using our unique know-how developed over many years and advanced information systems, we meticulously analyze the "current" state of our customers' logistics. Leveraging the inventory management techniques and in-house operational know-how we have cultivated, as well as our connections with many companies, we work with our customers to outline growth strategies for the future. We propose a logistics system that enables "quality improvement," "cost reduction," and "enhancement of service levels" to realize these strategies. We originally started as a logistics subsidiary of the current Daimaru Matsuzakaya and have been primarily engaged in department store-related logistics for over 50 years. Since becoming a subsidiary of Japan Post in 2007, we have expanded into logistics businesses such as order management outsourcing, e-commerce shipping services, cargo chartering, and warehousing, providing high-value-added services that meet the strict quality and service standards cultivated in the department store industry. In 2018, we became a subsidiary of Hamakyorex, a major logistics company, allowing us to focus more on logistics services and propose logistics solutions that satisfy our customers. We have a total of 18,000 tsubo of logistics warehouses located in Tokyo, Chiba, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Nagoya (opened in August 2023). We will continue to respond to various customer needs through high-quality operations and efforts to reduce logistics costs.
