Previously, dielectric strength tests and power consumption tests were performed manually, with measurement values assessed visually and data recorded by hand, resulting in variations in takt time depending on the operator. Although high voltage is used, the warning lamp only illuminated during the dielectric strength test to alert the operator, which raised some concerns about safety. With the introduction of this product, automatic testing can be performed simply by pressing a button, and data can be saved, making the process more efficient.
