This is an outdoor small hazardous material storage facility designed to accommodate specified quantities of 1/5 times or more, and less than 1 time. It is a factory-produced, stable unit-type product suitable for storage, preservation, and management in accordance with the fire prevention regulations of each municipality! While the use of high-quality raw materials inevitably increases costs, the unit is designed to weigh approximately 2.9 tons, making it highly durable against natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons, as well as aging deterioration. This significantly reduces the risk of collapse or damage, thereby preventing secondary disasters (such as fires, explosions, or leaks caused by warehouse collapses). ■ Product Features - Standard equipped with an explosion-proof manual chain block - Safe handling of heavy drum cans for loading and unloading - Can also be used as a toxic substance storage facility in addition to a small hazardous materials storage - Ideal for storing alcohol and paints - Completed products are delivered by large trucks and can be installed in about half a day. A gradient of 1/100 towards the catch basin By establishing a three-dimensional gradient of 1/100 towards the catch basin, hazardous materials that leak out are collected into the catch basin without using a pit. Due to its heavy and low center of gravity design, it has the characteristic of not tipping over even in strong winds or during earthquakes. Since corrugated steel plates are prone to rust and considering the risk of secondary disasters from the sliding of hazardous material containers during an earthquake, we successfully designed and developed a reinforced concrete floor.
