From food manufacturer A, we received the request: "We would like to update to inverter-driven systems to make various settings, maintenance, and daily operations easier. However, we want to continue operating on the same schedule as before, even with inverter-driven machines." In response, we gathered information about the operating conditions of the customer's machinery and, after discussions, proposed a specification equipped with a one-motion type scraping device, which we then delivered. As a result of using our centrifuge, the operating conditions remained largely unchanged, and it became easier to perform various settings, maintenance, and daily operations. 【POINT】Reduction in scraping process time By equipping the centrifuge with a one-motion type scraping device, the time for the scraping process was shortened, allowing production on the desired operating cycle. Our inverter-driven scraping devices come in the following two types: - A two-motion type that performs a turning motion and a vertical motion after the small blade engages. - A one-motion type that performs only a turning motion to scrape off the cake all at once with a large blade. *For more details, please refer to "Basic Information."

In this project, the customer had two major requests: 1. They want to update to inverter drive to make various settings, maintenance, and daily operations easier to perform. 2. They want to continue operating on the same schedule as before, even with inverter-driven machines. As a benefit of inverter drive, the ease of handling various settings, maintenance, and daily operations is improved compared to hydraulic drive, so it seems that we can meet the customer's first request. However, as a disadvantage, inverter drive takes longer for starting and braking compared to hydraulic drive, resulting in an additional five minutes per batch compared to previous operations. Given that the product has good filtration properties and the batch time is short, an additional five minutes per batch is expected to extend the operating time by about one to two hours a day. To resolve this, we proposed changing the scraping device from the existing two-motion type to a one-motion type.
