Installation guidelines for wall panels and decking materials! Please feel free to contact us with any questions or inquiries.
We would like to introduce the installation of "paneling/decking materials." "Paneling" is made of natural wood, so please perform a dry layout before installation to check the balance of color and pattern. If painting is to be done on-site, it must be done before installation. For "decking materials," we recommend applying protective coatings for exterior wood, such as those from Libos, to prevent fading from UV rays, cracking, and sap leakage. For more detailed information, please download the catalog. 【Paneling Installation Guidelines (Partial)】 - Use dry materials for posts, intermediate posts, and battens that are free from warping and bending. - Finish at intervals of 303 to 455 mm. - Nails to be used: - For interior materials: nails at least twice the thickness of the product. - For exterior materials: nails approximately three times the length. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Deck Material and Installation Guidelines (Partial)】 ■ To prevent uplift due to expansion - Leave a gap of about 5mm between deck materials - Maintain a gap of 20mm to 30mm or more at the junction with walls * Be cautious with wide deck materials as they expand and contract ■ When securing deck materials, first drill a pilot hole, and for deck materials with a thickness of 20mm, use stainless steel screws of about 50mm to 55mm in length ■ For thicker deck materials, use even longer screws * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
