Case Study 5 of Problem Solving: Installation of a South Side Raised on a North Sloped Roof

At our company, we design and manufacture all products as custom-made to meet our customers' installation requests. We base our designs on the installation environment and are willing to accommodate projects that are generally considered difficult to handle. Below is one example of an implementation case: ■Problem The power generation from the south-facing roof alone is insufficient, so we want to install solar panels on the north-facing roof, but we cannot find a manufacturer that can accommodate this. ■Request We would like you to consider a mounting system that allows panels to be installed on the north-facing roof, while also ensuring that the installation method does not reduce power generation efficiency. ■Solution We designed a solar mounting system that rises from the north side and can receive sunlight at an angle comparable to that of the south-facing mounting system. ■Customer Feedback Since the power generation was insufficient with just the south side, we were able to achieve sufficient power generation by installing on the north side as well.
