Initially, the goal was not only to shorten planning time but also to change daily plans into hourly ones. By simplifying its usage alongside the SAP implementation, operations became established. The rescheduling time, which used to take about half a day, has now been reduced to a few seconds, and the planning time, including adjustments, has become 1 to 2 hours per day.
