At the Hyogo factory, planning was done by hand on paper, and some processes utilized the old scheduler, but it was not very effective. Therefore, we introduced 'Asprova'. This allowed us to create time-based process plans that could not be handled by hand. Additionally, by being able to issue work instructions on an hourly basis, we were able to reduce the production lead time from 2 weeks to 1 week.
