We provide an ordering system. When an Excel order form from a customer or purchaser (the Excel form is distributed in advance) is sent as an email attachment, it is automatically received via MailConnect (or e-Express). This is then automatically converted into a CSV file using the ExcelReport receiving module and input into the core system. The core system processing creates a CSV file for the reply documents and inputs it into ExcelReport, which generates reply forms such as order confirmations for each recipient.
