Here is a case study of the introduction of the νG7 system at Yakiniku Nabeshima in Oita City, Oita Prefecture. One of the unique challenges faced by yakiniku restaurants is the "drainage standard issue." The company had tried various measures in the past, including an ozone system, but was unable to resolve the drainage standards, resulting in a terrible situation where they had to clean daily due to oil and mold-like dirt. After the installation of the νG7, the content of normal hexane value in the discharge decreased from 1300 to 130 in about five months. Subsequently, BOD was also halved, and the foul odor completely disappeared.
