Cast lock installation manual! We will introduce the installation steps and key points!
We will introduce the installation method for the Anshin Adjuster "Caslock." Prepare the product, open the slit, and insert it into the target caster. Once the position of the slit is aligned with the side of the wheel, please install it in the same manner on the remaining target casters. The "Anshin Adjuster" is an earthquake countermeasure (seismic) product that can be installed without driving seismic anchors (equipment anchors). 【Points】 ■ Confirm that the slit is not too wide - The gap of the slit should be within 2mm ■ Recommended quantity: All casters (4 corners) - If it is difficult depending on the installation environment, it is recommended to install at least 2 locations *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. 【Official Instagram】: Currently showcasing installation examples★☆ https://www.instagram.com/ansin_official/ 【Official Website】: For inquiries, please contact us below! http://www.ans1828.com 【Caslock Installation Video】 https://youtu.be/JyTo59ncNXo

The Anshin Adjuster is an earthquake countermeasure product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. It is ideal for places where you don't want to drill holes and frequently change layouts. It can withstand earthquakes equivalent to a seismic intensity of 7 (with a seismic period of 1 second and an earthquake acceleration of 1000 gal), addressing both horizontal and vertical shaking. On February 2, 2016, it obtained an international patent (in the United States). In addition to clean rooms where dust is not allowed and food and pharmaceutical factories, it can also be used for earthquake countermeasures in buildings with insufficient floor thickness for driving anchor bolts, such as those on the second floor and above. Moreover, while typical gels have low load-bearing capacity and require larger sizes to increase that capacity, the gel in the Anshin Adjuster is an industrial specialty product, making it compact while offering approximately ten times the load-bearing capacity compared to standard options. The Anshin Adjuster is also unaffected by conditions where water or oil may be present, such as factories, kitchens, and outdoor areas, as the gel is sealed with a dedicated adhesive called "Anshin Aiba."
