Here is an example of our secretariat operation support service. We are responsible for the overall management of certification exams held simultaneously twice a year across all 47 prefectures in Japan. We arrange the examination venues and personnel for exam supervision, conduct venue inspections before the exams, create maps and notices to be published in the examination guidelines, sort these notices along with question booklets and answer sheets, and deliver them to each venue on the exam day via chartered transport. On the day of the exam, we also operate a call center for examinees.
