The generator is equipped with excellent spectral purity and output power specifications. Phase noise at a 10 GHz carrier with a 10 kHz frequency offset can reach -126 dBc/Hz, addressing the high-level testing needs with stringent signal testing requirements. The generator also possesses outstanding vector modulation accuracy, with an EVM of less than 1.4% (4 Msps) across the entire frequency range, making it suitable for measurement purposes.
