Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp. (JAC) is a Chinese automobile manufacturer that produces commercial vehicles, public transport vehicles, and alternative energy vehicles, and also develops gearboxes and engines. Stäubli's Multi Coupling System (MCS) has provided a safe and reliable connector solution designed to JAC's specifications. By using the MCS, multiple energy sources can be connected in one location. The MCS can also be used in the assembly process to connect all fluid circuits and electrical circuits. Stäubli's MPS tool changer achieves design flexibility in the manufacturing process, particularly in handling and welding operations, with minimal design. The highly reliable MPS tool changer ensures frequent and secure connections and disconnections of water, air, and electrical circuits.

Stobli's solutions are integrated at both the cold test and hot test stages. The direct coupling (RPE), which can be directly connected to dedicated hose fittings designed to meet customer specifications, is used for connecting to the engine's hose fittings and for connecting all fluid circuits between the test bench and the engine. Manual or automatic MCS has been adopted in the test bench process to connect all fluid and electrical circuits (water, oil, air, signals, power) simultaneously.
