This is a case study on the reduction of high-concentration waste acid in manufacturing companies that have acid treatment processes. They faced the challenge of wanting to achieve environmental burden and cost reduction since they were treating acid waste liquid as industrial waste. By utilizing an evaporation device capable of complete drying, they significantly reduced the waste liquid. ■Challenge - They were treating acid waste liquid as industrial waste and wanted to achieve environmental burden and cost reduction. ■Proposal - We proposed a waste liquid volume reduction device. - A volume reduction device that uses steam as power to evaporate moisture until complete drying. ■Effect - Over 95% volume reduction → Reduced industrial waste amount to 1/20. - BOD and COD also reduced by over 99%. *For details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download.
