This is a construction project that involves removing the existing flooring, laying down a new sheet, and installing a new floor.
The existing underfloor insulation is properly installed, so there will be no heat loss through the floor. Connect the sheet wiring and the dedicated connection cable (extension wire) under the floor, and apply waterproof tape (self-fusing butyl) for waterproofing on the connectors.
