Used to open and close the lid of a material mixer in a clean room! Special type winch case.

We would like to introduce a case study of a winch installation in a clean room. The 'TX-303' was selected to open and close a lid weighing approximately 300 kg. Since the installation location is a clean room, where paint peeling and dust generation are strictly prohibited, we received a request to create a winch made of stainless steel without any paint, if possible. Our TX series features an aluminum cast gearbox and motor housing, and the brake cover is made of engineering plastic, making it resistant to rust, allowing us to easily accommodate the request without paint. The drum is finished with stainless steel buffing, and we used a commercially available dust-proof aluminum box for the electrical components, while small parts such as screws are made of stainless steel. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
