We would like to introduce a case study of the ozone generator being implemented at Marumitsu Ryokan. Due to the limited number of rooms (15), it has been challenging to establish non-smoking rooms. Although the ryokan has been careful with ventilation and using deodorants, there were often requests from customers to change rooms due to the smell of tobacco. In response, we introduced the "Ozone Cluster 1400," which offers excellent performance at a reasonable price. It is lightweight and compact, making it easy for women to carry, and due to its high ozone generation capacity, it can be quickly deployed even when time is limited. As a result, complaints from customers regarding odors have ceased, effectively resolving a significant issue.
