We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of an ozone generator at Ogoto Onsen Biwako Ryokusuitei. In recent years, the increasing anti-smoking sentiment has led to a growing demand for non-smoking rooms. After guests smoked in the rooms, we would ventilate thoroughly and spray deodorizing spray, but it was insufficient and led to complaints, which was a source of concern. Therefore, we introduced the "Ozone Cluster 1400" and conducted a trial run in the chairman's office, which is frequented by heavy smokers. As a result, just one application of ozone completely dispersed the cigarette odor. "This is the real deal!" we thought, and we quickly began to utilize it for cleaning guest rooms.
