The "SR45" is a transceiver equipped with relay communication channels that cover a wider calling area by connecting to a repeater (sold separately), enabling communication within multi-story buildings and between separate structures. It features a switchable transmission output of 10mW/1mW. When using the relay channels (12-29ch), continuous communication is possible at 1mW output.
