The design of RC bridge piers (H24 version of the guidelines) is a civil engineering design software that enables the design of single-column RC bridge piers using the seismic intensity method and the seismic horizontal bearing capacity method. It is composed of calculations for acting forces, stability calculations for direct foundations, stability calculations for pile foundations, beam design, column design, and slab design, based on the Road Bridge Design Guidelines and Commentary IV Substructure Edition (March 2012). Design considerations are conducted using the allowable stress method for normal conditions, storm conditions, and Level 1 earthquakes, while Level 2 earthquake considerations are verified using the seismic horizontal bearing capacity method.
