This document introduces a photocatalytic coating agent that can inhibit mold on exterior surfaces. Various exterior materials and paints that exhibit hydrophilicity and self-cleaning functions, starting with photocatalysts, are being released one after another, but there is actually a significant unresolved drawback. We have developed a "new photocatalyst with powerful anti-mold functionality" based on the principle of combining photocatalysts with metallic copper to utilize the strong anti-mold properties of the copper ions generated.
