Non-contact multilingual hospitality signage
This product utilizes non-contact communication RFID tags, which automatically change the screen and display language information and location guidance information simply by bringing the RFID tag close to an RFID antenna linked to an electronic display medium. By attaching RFID tags to hotel and inn keys and various tickets, the system changes the language according to the holder, eliminating the need for manual selection each time. The communication distance of the tags varies depending on the size of the antenna, but for a size of 17 cm square, it is approximately 3 meters. When installed on the ceiling, it can be operated in a way that does not interfere with customer service, such as by mounting it on a signage frame. Additionally, regarding languages, the system supports multiple languages by creating a database of language information in PNG format, allowing for the creation of multilingual screens simply by making a Japanese screen. By adjusting the font size for each language, the entire screen is completed. The number of languages supported corresponds to 22 languages, covering approximately 97% of the inbound visitors in 2019. (Referencing data from the Japan Tourism Agency on inbound visitors in 2019) [Other Features] ■ It is a considerate system that allows screen changes without any operation, making it accessible for users of canes and wheelchairs.

Our company aims to "create new services and change society" through non-contact communication using RFID. In our acquired patents, we have developed: 1. A system called "hospitality signage" that links RFID tags with electronic display media such as signage and electronic paper, allowing the language information recorded on the tags to change the display screen's language non-contactly, and 2. An "area judgment sensor" that combines human sensors with RFID to determine the presence of non-affiliated individuals without RFID tags or those outside the relevant layer of tags in a specific area. After obtaining these patents, we have moved towards product commercialization. We believe in the potential of RFID and wish to continue challenging ourselves to change society. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries.
