We would like to introduce a case study of the uniform implementation at Ushike Internal Medicine Clinic, part of the Ken'eikai Medical Corporation group. The first impression of the staff equals the impression of the clinic. The medical social worker at the front desk is the first point of contact for patients and a place where patients can relax their nerves upon meeting for the first time.
