At the Yuuyuu no Sato senior community, custom-made uniforms were being used. After a review, we considered uniforms from manufacturers that are not custom-made as candidates for evaluation. Since there are multiple facilities, we aimed to create a sense of unity by having everyone wear the same uniform. We also hoped that wearing the uniform would instill a sense of pride in the staff, which led to its adoption.
