"Weathermate Plus" is a breathable, airtight, and waterproof sheet made from a special non-woven fabric that is resistant to "thermal degradation," "ultraviolet degradation," and "aging." It also maintains its waterproof properties even when exposed to anti-termite agents. It prevents reverse condensation with one-way moisture permeability, ensuring airtightness without allowing air to pass through, and reduces thermal conduction caused by convection heat in the ventilation layer. Additionally, the non-woven fabric, which has minimal degradation, provides tensile strength approximately three times that of waterproof paper, preventing flapping in the wind or tearing, and eliminating wind noise within the ventilation layer. There is also no degradation of waterproof properties due to the adhesion of anti-termite treatment agents.
