It is a transparent mirror film that reflects infrared radiation above 1000nm, preventing only solar heat from entering the room. Our company has the number one track record in installation.
The iQUE film was developed for the glass used in the cockpit of aircraft in the U.S. space development and Air Force, designed to protect precision instruments and pilots from harmful electromagnetic waves and ultraviolet rays in the upper atmosphere. It is a window film that maintains transparency to ensure the visibility necessary for aircraft operation. The iQUE73FG has a visible light transmittance of 70% and reflects over 94% of infrared rays (over 1000nm) that cause heat. The temperature difference on the floor of an indoor space where direct sunlight enters can be around 10°C to 15°C. Additionally, around latitude 35 degrees north, the solar heat load in summer can reach 700W/m², and the heat influx from glass surfaces treated with iQUE73FG can be reduced by over 350W/m². By multiplying the 350W/m² difference by the air conditioning operating hours and the electricity cost of approximately 27 yen, an approximate reduction amount can be calculated. Furthermore, by multiplying the reduction amount by the CO2 emission coefficient, the CO2 reduction amount can also be calculated. Our company is a member of the AGC Winsys Group and originally engaged in the glass business, so we are skilled in calculations related to thermal cracking of glass during installation. Company information
Our company was founded in 1923 (Taisho 12) in Shiba, Tokyo, as "Takahashi Glass Shop." Initially, we engaged in glass installation for horse-drawn carriages and repair work for high-end imported car glass. Today, as a member of the AGC WINSYS group, we are involved in the final processing of automotive glass, assembly of functional components, and manufacturing of resin injection molded products. Our clients include Honda, Subaru, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Hino, Mitsubishi Fuso, and Isuzu, for whom we supply glass assemblies or components. In addition to automotive glass, we also handle various automotive parts from different companies, conducting final assembly and inspection in our own factory, and delivering directly to car manufacturers. We are not limited to the automotive industry; we also sell and install architectural glass and films, engaging in transactions with major general contractors and large fixture manufacturers through AGC WINSYS.
