The blind spot behind the fixtures is eliminated with mirrors! A case where customer service can now be provided immediately from the register (Grand Edge Omiya Arshe Store).
We would like to introduce a case where the mirrors we handle were implemented at the Grand Edge Omiya Arshe store. After moving the fixtures within the store, there was a spot that became invisible from the register, but by installing the mirror, it became possible to see customers selecting products behind the fixtures from the register. We communicated to the staff to use the mirror for customer service, and they felt a decrease in loss rates. [Case Summary] ■ Product Used: Super Oval ■ Effect: The mirror eliminated blind spots behind the fixtures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
When it comes to mirrors, most people probably think of mirrors that reflect only themselves (such as full-length mirrors, hand mirrors, or three-way mirrors). However, Komi's mirror is designed to observe the movements of other objects and people, and to show "consideration" for others. For example, it can be used to check with a mirror if there is anyone coming around a corner to avoid a collision, or to see if there is someone trying to get into an elevator and wait for them. Komi's "considerate mirror" is useful worldwide, from convenience stores to airplanes.
