YESS (Yes) Architecture (Yokogawa Engineered Structure System) is a system construction that aims to achieve low cost, short construction period, and high quality, and has obtained ministerial certification. Our company has entered into a builder contract with Yokogawa System Architecture Co., Ltd. for YESS architecture (contract dated October 22, 1998). 【Target Buildings and Scale】 ■ The construction area is in a heavy snowfall region with 200cm of snow. ■ The construction scale allows for a column-free span of 60m, and with intermediate columns, it can extend up to 120m. ■ In the direction of the beams, it can be extended indefinitely by incorporating expansions, up to 120m. ■ The eaves height is 16m (however, 12m or less is standard). ■ Crane capacity can be accommodated up to approximately 10 tons. * Please feel free to consult us if you exceed these dimensions. ■ Single-story buildings are of course possible, as well as two-story buildings.
