We would like to introduce a case where the mirrors we handle were implemented at Saitama Rapid Railway (Urawa Misato Station). Urawa Misato Station sometimes experiences a concentration of customers during events. In response to a request from station staff to take measures to prevent customers from colliding with each other when entering and exiting the restrooms, mirrors were installed. "We received feedback that thanks to the mirrors, station staff can anticipate the presence of people on the other side when they enter the restrooms during their patrols, which helps prevent collisions at the entrances and exits."
