Heat pumps that can contribute to energy conservation and CO2 emission reduction, which are required for environmental measures on a global scale!
●Heat recovery type heat pumps are attracting attention as alternatives to boilers and chillers because they can efficiently utilize both waste heat from cold and hot sources that would otherwise be discarded. Government subsidy policies are also beginning to improve. ●There are two types of heat recovery type heat pumps: ・Heat recovery type heat pump A type that recovers heat from industrial wastewater or hot spring discharge for heating or hot water supply. ・Simultaneous extraction heat pump for cold and hot water A type that can efficiently supply both cooling and heating when both are needed simultaneously, such as in production processes or for air conditioning and hot water supply. ●While simultaneous extraction heat pumps for cold and hot water have significant advantages, building the system requires experience and know-how. Please make use of our expertise.

Applications/Examples of results
【Commercial Facilities】 Utilizes waste heat from sewage and factory effluent that could not be collected until now for hot water supply, used for handwashing and dishwashing. 【Beverage and Alcohol Factories】 A system that heats the supply water for hot water cleaning by utilizing waste heat from product cooling and fermentation heat cooling. The use of brine allows for cooling in sub-zero temperatures. 【Noodle Factories】 A system that heats the supply water for the noodle-making process by utilizing waste heat from the noodle cooling process. Due to the minimal time difference between cooling and heating, heat loss is reduced, allowing for a smaller storage tank, making it an efficient system. 【City Hotels】 A system that utilizes waste heat from air conditioning in shared spaces and banquet halls for hot water supply. It can be effectively utilized in city hotels with long air conditioning periods or in warm regions. 【Hot Spring Inns】 A system that utilizes waste heat recovery from hot spring wastewater and miscellaneous wastewater for heating hot spring water, hot water supply, and heating. This system is particularly effective in cold regions and for flowing hot springs.

Since our founding, Science has been engaged in business with the themes of health maintenance and environmental conservation. Throughout this journey, we have become convinced that water and air, the sources of all things, are indeed the most important elements connecting health and the environment. Starting with the development of our 24-hour bathing water purification and heating system, which has been highly praised for its three major benefits of labor-saving, energy-saving, and resource-saving, we achieved a COP of 6.3 through simultaneous extraction of high-temperature water at 70°C and cold water at 7°C, significantly reducing CO2 emissions with our environmentally friendly and energy-saving heat pump system. We also developed a new product, a weakly acidic electrolyzed beauty water, which not only strongly inhibits the growth of Legionella bacteria but also offers high beauty effects due to its weakly acidic properties. Moving forward, we aim to continue developing products that bring joy and inspiration to people and the planet, focusing on the themes of environment, energy conservation, water, and health.
