We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer issues at a chemical plant. The company faced a problem where the raw material temporary storage silos were shared among multiple production lines. When switching production, if raw materials from the previous product remained in the silo, it would lower the purity and lead to a decline in quality. To address this, we proposed the "Air Knocker," which is installed on the exterior of the silo and uses impact to dislodge any adhered materials. As a result, we received feedback stating, "We can remove the adhered materials in a short time. All air knockers can be operated from a single control panel, reducing management effort."
