We would like to introduce a trial case of our lithium-ion battery replacement service for forklifts at a 24-hour operating paper manufacturer using a 3.5-ton bale clamp. The currently installed lead battery operates an average of 4.2 hours per day. After the lithium replacement, the operating time increased to a maximum of 12.1 hours. The lifespan of the lead battery, which is about 3.5 years, is calculated to extend to 15 years with the lithium-ion battery, resulting in a 79% cost reduction.
