Here is a case study of the lithium-ion battery replacement service for forklifts conducted at our can manufacturing plant. We were using a Toyota 1.8-ton counterbalance forklift, model 7FB18. The lithium-ion battery was 48V 560Ah. After the lithium battery replacement, the discharge time (operating time) for 24-hour operation reached a maximum of 16.8 hours, and the charging time (using both a fast charger and an onboard charger) was 3.4 hours (maximum operating day).
