Low-noise elastic soft rubber wheels for transportation! A case study on their introduction to catering carts for bakery companies.
We would like to introduce a case study where Blickle's "Bolt-Mount Type Light-Duty Casters (with Expander)" were implemented in a traditional German bakery established in 1898. At this store, complaints were received from local residents due to the noise made by catering carts rattling on the cobblestones at 4:30 AM. To address this issue, a solution was implemented using SoftMotion wheels and the light-duty bracket series "LKRA (with Expander)" instead of the casters previously used on the carts. As a result, the SoftMotion wheels significantly reduced the noise level, leading to a notable decrease in the number of complaints from the surrounding area.
