We would like to introduce a case where we supplied a wine cellar and aging room to PIZZAHOUSE, which has opened in Urasoe City, Okinawa Prefecture. The wine cellar and aging room both measure 2,500mm in width and 2,500mm in height. While not particularly large for a wine cellar, the double-opening doors allow for a storage capacity of over 300 bottles of wine, nearly double the usual amount. Before relocating, the establishment had been aging meat in a prefabricated aging room, and now focuses on a 28-day aging process in the New York style.
